I have done Annexin V by flow cytometry to detect the effect of cytotoxic drug on MCF7 cell line and actually I found early and late apoptosis in the control group ( not treated with drug only RPMI media)
Does anyone have a reason for this ??
yes dr. Tarek I have used PI & there was no necrotic cells, these group of cells weren't treated only media.
Did you mean that to use DMSO in one of the groups ??
Thanks a lot
Dear this could be linked to increased oxidation generating free radicals that overwhelmed the cells.
I'm studying the proliferating effect of methylparabens on MCF7 by using Ki67 with flow cytometry & actually no results & I don't know why??? first I dissolved MP in ethanol(0.1M) &...
