Dedicated guidelines for collection of meteorological data over a district/ region/circles are existent. However, if weather monitoring in terms of rain, wind speed and direction, relative humidity, solar radiation received, needs to be carried out over micro areas, are these existing guidelines applicable? Also, what are the relative error tolerances in such cases, needs to be known.
