Obviously malnutrition is a major issue in the Rohingya refugee camps. What other health concerns are at the top of the list in terms of their threat to the communities?
Daily stressors, trauma exposure, and mental health among stateless Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh.

According to this paper the health concerns are: " posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, somatic complaints, and associated functional impairment. Participants also endorsed local idioms of distress, including somatic complaints and concerns associated with spirit possession. The study also found very high levels of daily environmental stressors associated with life in the camps, including problems with food, lack of freedom of movement, and concerns regarding safety."
First of all, with all due respect, they are officially named as the "Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals", not Rohingya.
Here, I am just giving my opinion, based on my working experience at the FDMN camps.
If you want to know health concerns that poses threat to the local community, then it gets narrowed down. First in my list I would say infectious diseases like vaccine preventable disease, hepatitis, AIDS etc. My number 2 would be environmental degradation due to loss of cultivable land and forest. Then I would say shortage of drinking water, pollution of local water reservoirs due to poor sanitation.
If you ask in general, they are suffering from many other burning health issues.
