I am looking for the governing equations of infinite plate hole problem. For reference, i have added the picture. I have found the exact solution of the infinite plate hole problem in terms of stress and displacement however, i want to know the main governing equations in terms of differential equation.
I will appreciate this..

I think that this is a regular differential equation for plate bending. Bi-harmonic PDE in case of thin Kirchhoff plate. The hole affects the boundary conditions, but not the differential equation. Since your hole is circular, the differential equation should be formulated in polar coordinates. And then you have two boundary conditions. One boundary conditin has to be applied on the radius R of the hole, and another - on the infinite radius. Good luck with your project
