I have one gel and I set the ampere limit to 0.11, but the actual amber value unstable (0.16 to 0.21) and the voltage is about 22. So why the actual ampere is higher than the adjusted one.
It simply follows V=IR( V=Volts, I=Current, R=Resistance). Now because we don't have a way to measure resistance in western assembly, you can only fix Voltage or current. the other one is automatically going to change no matter what you have selected depending up on the resistance.
