I am doing research about the different factors influencing the decision-making process in a crisis context. And I came across various factors such as
- (1) Personal factors,
- (2) Organizational factors,
- (3) Social factors,
- (4) Environmental factors,
- (5) Behavioral factors, and
- (6) Factors related to decision-making skills
As I am intending to apply a quantitative method to collect my data in which I will be using questionnaire-based surveys, If someone can guide me to the suitable scale items that can be utilized for the questionnaires, please?

I believe there are several options or choice depending on the direction of your research. There is the decisional conflict scale, decision attitude scale, satisfaction with decision scale, etc. I believe this paper might be helpful:

Exactly dear Mohamed T. A. Abdelmawgoud, but this will only reveal the internal organizational factors. What about the PESTEL approach, don't you think that such a tool can cover the external factors as well?
