How the amount of magnetic filed affect the orientation. Do the coercivity of the particles influence the degree of orientation? How can we improve the orientation and thereby increase the remanence (Br).

Which orientation do you mean? Particle, crystal, dielectric moment, magnetic moment orientation or other? Each one has its affecting factors.
If you mean magnetic moment, the factors are: applying magnetic field, container material type, temperature.
I believe that the author of the question is asking about the orientation of particles (grains) in a polycrystal under the action of forces\factors of different nature. Unfortunately, he does not respond himself.
