What are the excitation and emission wavelengths for Evans blue dye?

I would like to quantify the concentration of Evans blue dye in mice brains by measuring fluorescence intensity. I usually quantify Evans blue dye by absorbance at 620 nm but I am not sure about its fluorescence spectrum. Does this spectrum change if bound to albumin? I will appreciate any advice on this technique. Thank you!
