Companies owe the ethical responsibility to be fair and just and act with utmost good faith in their dealings with both competitors and business partners.
The responsibility arises out of the basic need to have a just and fair community of both individual and organizations.
One of the primal ethical responsibilities of a company should be that it doesn't deliberately incur losses to out sell their competitors, especially in order to gain monopoly. This is detrimental to capitalism itself as it deprives the consumer of their right to choose the better produce.
Furthermore, a company must never aid or abide in the spreading of hatred or bigotry, especially if its a niche market company and would obviously profit by promoting such divisive values.
To sum it up, a company should have a neutral portfolio that provides for the free market in a fair and just manner, instead of depriving it of it's liberty.
