Can  you reframe this question? I think you are asking three different questions, each which need to be answered separately, and the answer would be nuanced if you are asking about testimony of the expert witness versus cross-examination,  or about the capacity of the defendent to be competent to answer questions in a study. 

Thank you very much for your reply, I think it is necessary to clarify the issue; within the literature review we have done, we have found that studies on the credibility of statements were developed with the aim of aplivarse victims of sexual abuse.

Today we have found that in some procedures of criminal investigation, psychologists have applied this type of study in possibly indicted crimes other than sexual abuse people.

Our question revolves around the ethical principles that should be based on informed CONSENT for conducting this study in persons indicted?

What is or where is "Apilvarse" and is that relevant, or  subject just victims of sexual abuse?Also can you give the context, or country the laws would be applied to. Lastly, do you mean persons convicted of sexual abusing victims or  if there is an indictment? Or are you studying the victims, and wondering if they need an informed consent signed to do the study? This might help us to understand the context in which your study is using the fact that some psychologists have applied "this" type of study in crimes other than sexual abuse, but the "this" is not clear to me? Are you referring the "this" to "credibility of statements" applied to convicted crimes or indictments of crimes belonging to procedures applied to other types of crimes, and do they generalize or should they be used in studies of those indicted in crimes of sexual abuse, or abusers. A lot of questions for you to clarify what exactly it is you are asking. Maybe someone else understands, but I am having trouble understanding what it is you are asking and how you want to separate it out or include it in your study.

Is the question about informed consent, what is the context for the informed consent about, and what information has to be consented to. Also, what country is this being applied too!

How about one question at a time!  Sounds like an important topic. Is the main issue about Informed Consent with sexually abused/abusers of the population for your study? 

In the US if someone is a victim of sexual abuse and you are doing a study on them, yes you have to get Informed Consent, same if it were the abuser you were studying? Is that true in Brazil or Mexico?
