We only can get the probabilities of magnetic dipole transitions (Amd) based on eigenfunctions defined in the intermediate coupling scheme (G.S. Ofelt, J. Chem. Phys. 38, 2171,1963). The probabilities of electric dipole transitions (Aed) depend on rare earth ion chemical environment and have to be calculated for each specific material using Judd-Ofelt approach.

Note the Amd probability also depends on refractive index n. For Eu3+ ion the probability of 5D0->7F1 transition equals to 15 s-1 for n=1 but 50.5 s-1 for n=1.5. 

can i get for other elements also

Sure! Here are for Tm3+ (W.F. Krupke, J.B. Gruber, Phys. Rev. 139, A2008, 1965) and Ho3+ (K. Rajnak, W.F. Krupke, J. Chem. Phys. 46, 3532, 1967) and I have no idea where we can find for the rest of Ln3+ ions. If you find, inform me please.
