Do the prices of and and house keep increasing rapidly on all contiments in the years to come?
There hasn't had any exact number of how much percentage out of 18.1 million km2 (which have been modified for buildings): 20%, 15%, or some around that number has been used for sales in real estates. And the facts show us that the price of this industry has risen up to even hundreds, two hundreds, and even more than three hundreds percentage in the last decades.
Might be interesting to observe the sales numbers and broker activities in some key markets. But also the bank and its loans must be brought to question. Costs of construction material changes in the Art of Living of the z-gen less interest in owning properties (digital nomads) are factors. Less is more isn't a nice word to the construction sector.
