Due to crisis of Covid 19 students have to disconnect from their education system and for preparing nurses its must to relate the theory with skill labs and then hands on practice is required to teach nursing skills.Right now we are emphasizing on online education but expertise of skills will be required online simulation programs and digital labs.So I need to learn more about physical and emotional effects of students and teachers to enhance learning process and continuing growth of nursing career.

@The current situation of Pandemic allowed to bring society, families and people closer together (from highest to lowest). It allowed to use tools of study, work and affection to be able to use them remotely. Here in Uruguay the morbidity and mortality situation was very different from other countries, so learning was from a different optical point of view: positivism, hope, humanity. Among the most praiseworthy things was the assessment of the Nurse's work and the importance of environmental cleanliness in hospitals.

COVID-19 has affected nursing education negatively in so many ways. For instance, nursing schools in my country, Malawi, were closed in March 2020. Firstly, most of the schools did not have an online tailored curriculum. As such, faculty members have to re-design the curriculum to e-learning curriculum. Secondly, the cost of running an e-programme is high both to institutions and students. Thirdly, not all students will be able to access e-learning lessons due to lack of internet connectivity in some remote areas. Faculty have to think of innovative ways of reaching all the registered students as a matter of equity.

it may have positive effects on nursing education that the nursing education authorities have to develop the nursing educators' abilities and develop the infrastructure of nursing labs to accommodate with new teaching techniques has to be applied now a days.
