Metal exposures pose threats to public health in developing countries. Heavy and unplanned industrialization is contributing to environmental pollution. Foodstuffs are contaminated with toxic metals as well as water. This is further aggravate due to lack of proper monitoring. What will happen in near future???

Heavy metal pollution is one of the major emerging problems especially in developing countries. It is responsible for both non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic effects. More research is needed to overcome this problem along with strategic policy regarding public health
Having a strong research strategy in the area can enhance laboratory analysis capacity in reducing heavy pollution and contamination from small and medium scale industries, including, food and beverage processing, textiles, chemicals, modern agricultural practice, metal processing and tanneries. Therefore the first step is assess the industrial waste toxins (heavy metals, organic pollutants, etc..) on agricultural products and agro-environment
