My name is Clint Harvyne C. Hatague, a 4th year BS Psychology student from Silliman University, Dumaguete City, Philippines.

As of the moment,We are working on our research paper on workplace bullying and employee job satisfaction on the staffs of our University. We used the survey as an instrument in measuring job satisfaction, we already have gathered the data needed for the study and we would like to know what are the dimensions/domains and other detailed information about the survey since we would like to correlate and study based on our theoretical framework. We find it very useful for our thesis in our study on workplace bullying and employee job satisfaction on the staffs of our institution. This information will be of great benefit for us.
