Excellent indication! The European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators: DigCompEdu describes competencies with a focus on supporting and encouraging the use of digital tools in teaching practices but is aimed at teachers from pre-school to higher education.
Thinking about the digital skills needed by the instructor responsible for corporate and professional training, would it be the same digital skills as those proposed by DigCompEdu?
Develop their teaching strategies that involve the use of online resources such as simulators, applications for science teaching. Know and apply some programs related to animations that allow modeling phenomena that cannot be observed with the naked eye and that give certain sciences some abstract character.
