The difference resides in the chiral center where hydroxyl group is attached. It is not very different in their reactivity, but you would find the differences in the optical activity, because they rotate the plane of a polarizrf light differently. The activity is also similar, being a sympathicomimetic agent for the adrenergic system, therefore stimulating the release of adrenergic amines (norepinephrine).
