You can use the teflon bomb technique, weigh zeolite in teflon bomb that wears the cap, wet zeolite with water, after that, zeolite added nitric acid and flouric acid and teflon tightly closed and heated 125 degrees celcius for 2 hours. Heating can be faster if done by using a microwave oven.

Thanks @Ani Iryani . Flouric acid use is regulated at my place and requires special approvals. Generally the use is discouraged. Moreover there is always the risk of Silicon flouride volatilization which can effect my sample analysis.

You could subject the zeolite to digestion using lithium tetraborate (or a similar flux) followed by dissolution of the flux with dilute hydrochloric acid. The zeolites can also be digested with hydrofluoric acid in Teflon lined bombs or beakers. This method uses the addition of hydrofluoric acid to solubilize the silicon. The modified HF digestion is typically performed in a microwave and requires elevated pressures in the Teflon lined bomb to complete the digestion. Special care should be taken to avoid the loss of silicon because of the volatility of the resulting silicon fluorides.

Caution !! Fluoride can attack the conventional ICP sample transport train and components that contains quartz/glass components; avoiding this may require the use of reagents to complex the fluoride in the digestate. This can be accomplished by utilizing boric acid, or other commercial complexing agents. These solutions, however, mostly extend torch life, but they do not completely eliminate fluoride attack on the quartz and can thus impact the accuracy of silicon determination. Hydrofluoric acid resistant sample transport systems are available from instrument manufacturers.
