NaOCl has been broadly used as seed seed sterilizing agent. I need to is there any difference in Different sterilizing agent which is used specifically for legume like soybean, mungbean etc. Or any sterilizing agent like ethanol, NaOH, NaOCl use is ok for any crop seed sterilization. Please suggest me some conc. And duration to keep for sterilize.
