I am working on MRI image analysis, such as per-processing, segmentation, edge detection, tumor detection etc.

I would like to know that what are the differences or similarity between Medical Images such as (MRI) and SAR (Synthetic-aperture radar) images?

Can any one can suggest me the reference paper on the above topic?
