The teacher ideal is the teacher that has the ability to translate the content of the curriculum in a practical and easy way. It will facilitate students to obtain the object of the learning and teaching process.
Interesting questions and reply
I assume, from my limited experience of STEAM or STEM research projects, that in many countries, teachers have indeed expectations from the curriculum.
However, the challenges they consider greater are school equipment, time and apprpriate training.
I assume that they would like to see these challenges dealt with and then they will be happy to implement any reasonable STEM curriculum.
