I found that energy efficiency deals with combustion efficiency, using biomass fuels and stuff like that. Can we link between wind energy and energy efficiency by some means?

You question looks slightly confusing. However, if we talk about biomass gasification process the approximate conversion efficiency is 70 % which can be used in IIGC plants for electricity production. These plants have shown promising results with overall efficiency achieved so far is around 45 %. However, a true comparison can be performed only if we know what exactly we want to do with this energy.
Hi Ahmed, renewable energy is a type of energy which is inexhaustible, while energy efficiency deals with utilising the existing energy irrespective of renewable or non renewable, judiciously. that is, getting the work done with less expenditure of energy without the loss of quality. For example a bulb that draws 3W of power to light a room compared to the similar bulb that draws 5W power to light the same room, is considered to be energy efficient. further if the same bulb utilises electricity obtained from fossil fuel, it is considered to be energy from non renewable source. If the same power is obtained from water or wind energy thn it is energy from renewable source.

Renewable Energy is source of energy that can be replenished meaning, that never deplete ever after several cycle of use for instance solar radiation, wind power, renewable biomass obtained from forest or agriculture or hydro power. The technology deployed to harness these Renewable Energy resources is called renewable energy technologies such as wind turbine, solar PV panel, hydro-power plants etc.
But Energy Efficiency is concept of conserving energy (at end use side) or minimising use of energy per unit output production without compromising your desired output or objective. there are technologies which support energy efficiency called energy efficient equipment for instance efficient pump, efficient refrigerator or bulb (LED bulb) or hybrid car and so on. usually, today in global mechanical and electronics market, you can see star levelled washing machine, fan, refrigerator or dish washer that star meaning indication of energy efficiency, more the star levelled more efficient the device is.
Altrhough there is conceptually difference between Renewable energy and energy efficiency, there is good synergy as well. they can compliment to each other to meet common objective of reducing carbon emission and ensuring sustainable development.

Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Technologies are two different concepts with the same objective: Sustainability and fight against climate change. Renewable energy includes different forms of energy: solar, wind, biofuels, hydropower... Energy Efficient Technologies aims to save end reduce consumption of energy and have the same objectives as renewable energy, but in a different way. These technologies maybe: use of more energy efficient equipments (heaters, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, column packings... ), reducing energy requirements of chemical reactions (for example use of efficient catalysts, choice of prime materials, solvents...). Both concepts are often combined of course.

There are many great differences between energy efficiency technologies and renewable energy source technologies. To begin with, renewable energy sources are supplies of different types of forms of energy, while energy efficiency is efficient energy management strategies in all forms of energy manifestation. It is difficult to make comparisons, because they are two very distant practices from each other.
