Purpose of electrospun polymeric fibres are to encapsulate a drug for oral drug delivery; what does a 'good' fibre look like in terms of morphology, chemical, physical, and mechanical characteristics. Thank you.

For oral drug release, firstly, a polymer or polymers which used for fabrication of nanofibers- are must be less toxic or non-toxic, water soluble, capable to carry drug and release at desired or target place.
Drug and polymer nano fibers have better bounding or intraction so burst release of drug may avoided. Mechanicale properties of nanofibers is must be apropriate for drug releass means have desirable strength. If high strength nanofibers have difficulty to degraded and thus less amount of drug release.
