Online learning is becoming attractive in all learning Institutions. But the challenges being faced by facilitators and learners are not addressed adequately. Just feel like this can be interesting to explore the challenges faced by facilitators and learners while interacting in an online class.
it takes motivation to learn and this depends on each cycle of life, one of the basic principles is to work in a humane way and in accordance with the student's reality. Teaching even a robot can, but only a good teacher can think critically.

Dear Gabriel Chibuzor Job , e-learning has not delivered on the promise of high quality anyone, anytime, anywhere education [1]. Learner isolation, high drop-out rates are symptoms of the problem. I agree with Airil Haimi Mohd Adnan that learner engagement is both hard but absolutely necessary in online learning. What can we do as facilitators? I advocate for a playful, creative academic attitude of experimentation and empowerment [2]. How? Applying mindfully approaches such as playful design (playification) [3], gameful design (gamification) [4], serious games [5], escape rooms [6,7] etc. Once we win learners' hearts and minds, online learning becomes a wonderful and rewarding shared experience.

For learners: be involved in an environment designed to meet your learning expectations.
The main issue is that less interaction with the students
The interaction and engagement of learners in online learning are low and can be improved. In addition, poor networks in rural areas also impact learning and interaction, especially when games, videos, and etc. are played during synchronous sessions to foster discussions and engagements.
Nevertheless, the attitude of learners is vital to engage in online learning successfully in the new norm to address all sorts of distractions. For facilitators, it challenges them to be more creative and think out of the box when designing appropriate pedagogies.
Challenges of e-facilation involve monitoring student attendance and progress (when learners choose to turn off the camera), student engagement, assessment.
