The stirrer is used to mixed the mixture in the heating chamber well. I plan to use a 12 V DC motor to control the stirrer.
Torque required to shear the substance inside the mixer decides the motor config!
to control the motor you can use an arduino. What is the working temperature? Do you have an oven or another heating mechanism, is it a close chamber? What are the materials of themisture, solids, liquids, powders, reacting or not reacting?

These are the detail explanation of the stirrer.
I would like to use the stirrer for the my project which is design a bio-oil test rig . This test rig consist of airtight heating chamber, condenser and pump which is used to pump the water to the condenser. In the heating chamber stirrer is used to stir the mixture of plant leave and water. Below are the detail of the stirrer and the motor used
1. Mixture that need to be stir is the mixture of mint leave(plant leave) and water where it will be heat up the mixture using electrical water coil
2, The temperature of the heating chamber will be maintain from 80 to 90 degree celsuis .
3. The standard speed I would achieve is in the range of 90 to 100 rpm
4. Using power window motor of 12V DC motor with the power supply of 10A
5. Since the budget for each group is limited so I am looking for low cost material
6. As long as it can withstand the pressure and temperature from the heating chamber

Yes. You can built your own control circuit. Arduino is a very flexible and easy aproximación.
Maybe a magnetic stirrer can be a solution.
