The Vogel equation for viscosity:
ln η = A + B/(T - C)
where η is viscosity, T is temperature and A, B and C are coefficients. What are A, B and C for pure liquid water (i.e., 0 < T < 100 °C)? Where are these values referenced? I have found several variants in applications, but no references. Any help would be most appreciated.

The attached publication is the international standard for the viscosity of water. Eq. 21, provides the viscosity of water at 0.1 MPa. The equation you mention is not the best way to describe the viscosity of water at 0.1 MPa. I hope this helped
It would appear that the Vogel equation is just fitted to viscosity data (as reported by DDBST GmbH). I agree that it is not the best method to describe viscosity. I personally use the Huber et al. method (as cited by Marc above) substituting the water density from either the Tumlirz equation (Fisher and Dial, 1975; University of California) or the methodology of Chen et al. (1977; The Journal of Chemical Physics, 66, 2142-2144).
