For my research project, I need to calculate CO2 paybacktime of PV modules. In literature, I often find gCO2e/kWh. However, because our case is rather particular, I would need to know how much GHG it takes (on average) to produce PV modules per watt peak, rather then over their lifetime which will also depends assumptions like how long you are considering to use them, the efficiency loss and conditions in which you employ them. I need to have an assumptionfree figure so that I can impose assumptions of our particular case.
You can use any functional unit according to your specific case. You only need to enter your inputs in the software or rather create your inventory for PV modules per watt peak. If your inputs are in this functional unit then your results will also be for the same units e.g. KgCo2/PV module/watt peak.

Hello Anju Baroth, thanks for your answer. I think I didn't explain well my question: I'd like to know about how much CO2 it emissions it takes to make 1 PV panel or 1 Wp panel, regardsless of what that panel produces over a lifetime.
