Anybody could suggest me any journal website that possibly accept negative bio-assay result in the research study has done? The project included computer modelling (docking study), chemical synthesis and also bio-assay study. However the compounds shows zero activity in the assay activity. Your suggestions and advice are highly appreciate! Thanks in advance.

There is a logical mistake in calling your result, a negative result. A more accurate term would be: a "null result". That is, one out of zillions theoretically possible compounds has been screened against a protein of interest and did not show any activity. This behavior is standard. Almost any random compound would show the same result. Only, probably, one out of 10,000 compounds would show some activity. That would be an event - a publishable matter. Your result is no-event - nothing to publish. The best thing to do is to post your result to a public database, like PubChem.
Think about pharmaceutical companies that screen millions of compounds against hundreds of targets annually. Would you find time to read about every one of those hundred million no-activity results?
That said, if you really need a publication, every online journal with a name that begins with "International..." would love to publish your research, for a fee.
Yeah. You might have some luck if you had a really novel synthetic pathway, or constructed a really exciting scaffold that's unlike anything seen before, or otherwise had a really interesting synthetic chemistry study. Similarly, if you have some OTHER enzyme that your molecules inhibit, perhaps a close analogue to what you docked against, you might have something. But what you have right now is simply the expected result - if I picked any random compound, and tried it against any random protein, I'd expect nothing to happen, and that's what you saw.
As Dmitri said: generic molecules that didn't work to inhibit a particular protein aren't a particularly interesting result, and the only journals likely to accept it are the pay-to-play spam journals. A better option to present the results would be to submit a poster abstract to a conference, or simply place the manuscript on Bioarxiv.
