During this Covid-19 pandemic, almost all schools and universities have to conduct their exams online using digital platforms such as Black Board together with some exam safety aids such as Respondus. However, I strongly feel that a considerable number of students tend to cheat in the exams when they are online utilizing the means of digital technology available. Tablets or smart phones are I believe the most useful devices when they want to cheat because Respondus can only control the computer screen and the camera can record the whole session from a single angle only. Therefore, it is a limited option to provide a reliable and safe exam environment.
It's better to make many categories of questions and use images for questions rather than text this procedure will prevent cheating. use shuffling method.
