Her, I have a Dextran ( mw : 15, 000) , a bioplymer polysaccahride, and i m perfoming the hydrolsysis part by acid treatment & higher temp. to get desired molecular weight of polysaccaride ( mw 1500 to 800 dalton).During the time of acid hydrolsis, huge numeber of glucoses ( monomer & dimer) are also forming along with our desired molecular weight dextran. It is mandtory for me to remove the gucose. Kindly suggest me what are the best method for separtion of gluose from polysaccharide mixture.

There are cellulose membranes on the market I suggest cut off Mw 500Da, it it simple and does not require sophisticated equipment. Dear Dmitriy, Than q so much for sharing this information, even i gone through your attached articles also, but unfortunately those articles full length are not available,time being , is it possible from your side to share the detail procedure , like how i need to perfor this method for purification of monomers and dimeres from the polysaccharidme mixture.
