What are the alternatives for Tris buffers (TBE & TAE ) in PCR ?

All the buffers with Tris, used in PCR are known to cause temperature current feed back loop which causes the solution and the gel to heat. I have personally experienced this and the gel and the solution get heated at the end of the electrophoresis. Is there any alternatives which exclude this issue. I would like to know the experience of experts.
