Ash trees in southeastern Minnesota are being removed because they are affected by the emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis). What consequences the ash biomass may have when biochar is produced from it?
It is been very hard to say any thing about consequences without any experimental experience. But if you want to prepare the biochar from ash tree biomass than you have to review the literature if you find any. You can find an article from my RG profile to prepare the biochar for agronomic applications. After doing some preliminary experiments I hope you will be able to find the answer of your question. Wish you all the best
Thank you Sandeep for your answer to my question. I am interested in reading your work however, only 1 of the 4 papers you have posted on ResearcGate can be downloaded. Eventually I would like to read the remaining 3 works of yours. Thanks!
