The comparison is not possible; Li-ion (lithium-cobalt oxide chemistry) and related Lithium-ion capacitor and Lithium-iron phosphate batteries are closed-cell type.

Li-air and Na-air are open-cell, therefore has much more limitations (like reliability of fan, safety and work in extreme environment like high-altitude, underwater or in space). But open-cell batteries has superior energy density.

As i understand, Na-air is being developed primarily for light-weight, low-cost electric cars..Li-ion batteries for electric cars is too heavy and expensive. Li-air batteries are lightest, but quite expensive.
