We have already performed whole exome sequencing using 62Mb kit. Now we want try 72Mb kit. I am keen to know what are the available kits that support run in Illumina HiSeq2500 platform. In this regard inputs from people will be great for us.

the Agilent SureSelect targets approximately 72Mb (exome + UTR + miRNA). All the available whole-exome kits support the HiSeq2500.
Please, note that in exome-seq targeting a larger region is not necessarily a good thing. If you keep the number of sequenced reads constant and you double the size of the targeted region, the coverage of your target will drop to approximately 50%. So choosing the right pull-down strategy heavily depends on the target of your analysis. If you're not interested in 5' and 3'UTR a 'small' 37Mb exome could be the best choice.
