We want to dissolve polymers in suitable solvents and incorporate porous materials for some applications.
Maybe you should consider diluting monomers and then polymerize them after infiltration. Dissolving fluoropolymers is hardly an option, they are stable in most solvents. If the pores are large enough, you could also consider buying PTFE fine powder and dispersing it in some hydrocarbons, similar to the comptosition of Teflon sprays and the using this dispersion (which should distinguished from a true solution) to infiltrate the samples.
You will not be able to get either PTFE or Viton into solution. Estane, assuming that it is a polyetherurethane, will dissolve in dimethylforamide (DMF) or dimethylacetamide. (DMAc).
TEFLON is insoluble. You may wanna purchase its soluble copolymer TEFLON AF, 2400 and 1600 from DuPont as a solution. I have used it and its quite good although you can only get thin films. There is a process we have developed to get thicker films though.
You could try ionic liquids. Polymers, especially Viton will swell considerably, and this might allow you to incorporate your porous materials. I still believe the idea to introduce all to the monomer and polymerize afterwards is better.
ESTANE is soluble in THF or THF/MEK blends;
VITON(s) is soluble in acetone and EtAc if uncured ; cured ones (in mechanical parts for example) are only swellable in this solvents
PTFE is soluble in perfluorinated solvents at high temperatures :
@Serhat Varis: really amazing news about VITON solubility! I know from hands-on about swelling of VITON in THF and EtAc but have never observed solubility in any solvents

@Andrei Rogoza: As you can see in the article, Viton is soluble in acetone. It takes approximately 24 hours for complete dissolution. You can precipitate with hexane.

Ketones (and EtAc) are solvents for uncured grades of Viton (look at link ). After cross-linking this solvents cause only swelling.
