What are some suitable pH responsive PCM microcapsule materials with a pH range 5 to 7 ?

So i need some suggestions for phase change microcapsules that can release core materials in response to pH change preferably within the range 5 to 7. The core will consist of a bioactive compound. Thus the shell material should be permissible within the mentioned pH window.
