We often read a lot about sustainable agriculture or conservation agriculture (or recently, climate-smart agriculture) but it is often difficult (especially for early-stage researchers) to fathom the scope of what they mean or the issues they need to deal with and how to address them. I need your guidance to get an understanding of such issues and how best we can train ourselves to address difficult research problems in this arena.
