What are some examples of good discourse analysis in action?

I am interested in examples of published, peer-reviewed, journal articles that use discourse analysis as their primary method.

I have a couple that I feel confident are examples of best practice:

Phillips, N., Sewell, G., & Jaynes, S. (2008). Applying critical discourse analysis in strategic management research. Organizational Research Methods, 11(4), 770-789.

Hardy, C., & Phillips, N. (1999). No joking matter: Discursive struggle in the Canadian refugee system. Organization Studies, 20(1), 1-24.

but it would be terrific if you have any other suggestions, a scholarly search produces a great deal of instruction on how to do discourse analysis, but I am looking for examples of it being done.

Depends on the type of discourse analysis you are looking for and its theoretical background. Try to find publications by Norman Fairclough for "critical discourse analysis", for example.
