Hello everyone,

I’m currently a Master’s student in Physics working on a research project focused on ZnO nanorods doped with transition metals, particularly cobalt (Co), for potential spintronics applications.

While I found some relevant studies on Co-doped ZnO thin films and nanoparticles, I noticed that work on nanorods specifically for spintronic purposes is quite limited.

I would greatly appreciate any of the following:

  • Recent papers, datasets, or review articles on this topic
  • Insights into why ZnO nanorods are less explored in spintronics compared to thin films
  • Suggestions for experimental characterization techniques to study spin transport or magnetic properties in nanorods

Any advice, resource, or shared experience would be incredibly helpful as I build the foundation for my thesis.

Thank you so much in advance.
