May be you could consider having a look about the research done with the MIRA Foundation (in Quebec, Canada). They train dogs for supporting youth with ASD in their daily life (including school). Yes I would agree! Depending on the operationalization of the dependent variable a multiple baseline design across situations or behaviours could make sense.
