My response is base on this;
To brain boosting and long run memory the role of writing is directly related. Recent research discover this connection. Neuroscientist conduct a research to explore the connection among writing and brain memory. It’s also said, if you write a problem, it’s half done. Writing and or noting increase the activists of brain area (writing area, memory area) to organise, what is writing, its importance and process it to memories.
Note: please read brain area and its function from human anatomy book.
Very recently, a reaseach report from neuroscientist on writing and memory was published, read that too.
