Code-division multiple access (CDMA) is an instance of multiple

access, in which numerous transmitters can transmit signal

simultaneously via a common communication channel. The Code division multiple-access (CDMA) system has been used in multimedia services of WCDMA (wideband CDMA) or UMTS (Universal Mobile Telephone System).
