i want design a powerful signal peptide which can secrete proteins out so i need to know which signal peptides are exist to this porpose . then study them and design my signal peptide.
The MOST powerful signal peptide has probably not been found yet, but you can look at ice nucleation protein from plant pathogenic bacteria. It is one of the best.

The protein itself will have a lot of impact on its ability to be secreted. So a very strong signal peptide may not be universal.
Which organism are you using? If you are expressing your protein in E. coli, then adding a signal sequence would result just in periplasmic expression, not protein secretion to the media. If that's your goal, the typical signal sequence used if the one from OmpA.
