1. Why would you (Organisation) like and want to go digital? Which organisational needs will be fulfilled through going digital? Do you want to go digital because its a fad? or its really meaningful?

2. What are your digital objectives? How would you align it with your overall organisational strategies?

3. What is your organisational readiness ? especially people readiness ? How will it affect your organisational livestocks, relationships etc?

4. How will it be implemented - interms of physical and soft resources?

5. How would you measure the outcome/efficetiveness ?

I think the selection of promoters of digital strategy is the most important. Human resources with "middle-level technical skills in ICT system development," "practical experience in business transformation using ICT," "practical ability in project program management," and "relationship of trust with owners" are suitable.
