I am currently doing a research (thesis Applied Psychology) on the dialogue between employers and employees about employability. KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) is developing an online tool that aims to stimulate people to discover their talents and develop their talents. I think the role of the manager, and therefore the dialogue, can be crucial for the succes of the Talent Center.
Does anybody know an article that can help me? And... If you know a questionnaire that can meassure the quality of the dialogue about employability, I would really appreciate if you let me know.
