Hi: For Fusarium genus the best primer to identify Fusarium by sequencing is use EF1 and EF2 for TEF gene region.

Hi, For Fusarium genus :

Forward = EF1 (5’-ATG-GGT-AAG-GAG-GAC-AAG-AC-3’)

Reverse = EF2 (5’-GGA-AGT-ACC-AGT-GAT-CAT-GTT-3’)

For Aspergillus genus:

Forward = ITS1  (5’-CTTGGTCATTTAGAGGAAGTAA-3’)

Reverse = ITS 4 (5’-TCCTCCGCTTATTGATATGC-3’)
