As Chemistry Patents Data are complex in nature, so there are very limiting mining tools as compare to simple patent (not involve chemical structure or sequence) data mining tools.
I know few as free tools as SureChem. Now It is SureChemBL. Apart from them there are Chem-spider and Pub-chem. Reliability compared to commercial tools should be taken care of.
