Hi,
Longitudinal brain size change (atrophy) can be a valuable marker in many brain diseases, mainly neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer's disease. There are many tools available to analyze brain atrophy using T1 MRI images. Of these, FSL's SIENA and SPM's TBM are the ones I'm a little familiar with.
I wonder whether there are any other tools available for such purposes and what are their advantages and disadvantages (e.g. longitudinal registration issues, user-friendly manual, etc.). I'll also be glad to get more information about SIENA and TBM.
Thanks.
