We are inoculated PSB in soil in laboratory conditions and determined several parameters such as soluble phosphate, phosphatase enzyme, organic P, Ca-P.
I was measuring phosphatase enzyme activity and organic phosphorus in sediment in 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after inoculation (see attached Picture).
In this regard i have questions:
1- Although the enzyme has increased, Why Organic-P does not decreased in day 7?
2- Why enzyme effect on organic-P in day 14? Please give me reasons
3- Why the enzyme decreased in day 21 and 28?
4- Why organic-P increased in days 21 and 28?

Tese are interesting results. First of all the organic P of your soil is very high. This value typically equal to total P in many soils. In this case the organic matter content should be very high or freshly added faryard manure or organic materials should have been added. When the PSB actively grow some P is consumed by the bactria that the general trend shows this nature. The deviation in the initial part may be related to mineralization of the organic matter upon incubation. That produce higher amounts of P and some of this P may be inparted as organic P. The other point is most of PSB can solubilize the Ca-P fraction. In addition, the sequential P analysis has some errors due to time dependent sampling heterogenity in the soil and excessive dilution in measuring procedure. This infact cause some time-dependent variation in the results.
