it is almost impossible to add an additive to a polymer matrix without affecting to some extent its intrisic properties (positively or negatively). However, a partial curing (photo-curing) to a certain level will allow you to much the desired increase of the Tg. Regards

Increase in hydrogen bonding additive and crosslinking, increasing orientation  etc. are common strategy fo enhance glass transition temperature. anyway as Abdelkader mentioned other properties will be affected a bit. Sometimes, suitable  filler, nanofiller  addition mcreases Tg  if the segmental mobility is impeded.
